Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 big onion, cut into long thick strips
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tsp - amchoor/mango powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander-cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - oil Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • How to Make Sukha Egg Masala:

    1. Cut each egg into 4 long strips.
    2. Heat oil, fry the ginger-garlic paste.
    3. When it turns brown, add the onion strips and fry for 4 mins.
    4. Add the powder masalas (amchoor, coriander-cumin powder, garam masala, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt) and fry for some time.
    5. Then add chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 mins. Add the coriander leaves.
    6. Before serving, add the egg strips.
    7. Try to keep the egg white and the yolk intact.
