Ingredients

  • 1 cup- Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup -jaggery
  • 3/4 cup-ghee
  • How to Make Sukhadi:

    1. Take a tawa and pour ghee on a simmering flame.
    2. Add flour and mix it till flour become reddish brown in colour.
    3. Remove the mixture from the gas and cool it for a few seconds.
    4. Then add powdered jaggery in the mixture and add a few drops of milk to it (just sprinkle the milk).
    5. Take an empty thali and spread some ghee on the thali.
    6. Pour all the mixture and spread it evenly.
    7. Leave the mixture to cool for some time.
    8. Then cut the mixture into your favourite shape.
