  • Method 1:
  • 1/2 cup - sukku (dry ginger)
  • 1/4 cup - Black Peppercorns
  • 1 cup - Coriander seeds
  • Palm Sugar - as required
  • Method 2:
  • 1 small piece - sukku
  • 1 tsp - Coriander seeds
  • 4 - peppercorn
  • 1 tsp - palm Sugar
  • How to Make Sukku (Dry Ginger) and Dhaniya Coffee:

    1. Method 1:
    2. Grind the dry ginger, coriander seeds and peppercorn into a coarse powder and store in an air tight box.
    3. Heat a cup of water, add a teaspoon of this spice powder and palm sugar to taste.
    4. Bring to a boil.
    5. Strain and serve immediately.
    6. Method 2:
    7. Grind coarsely the dry ginger (sukku), coriander seeds and peppercorn.
    8. Add immediately to enough water and bring to a boil.
    9. Strain and add palm sugar as required.
