How to Make Sukku (Dry Ginger) and Dhaniya Coffee

  • Method 1:
  • Grind the dry ginger, coriander seeds and peppercorn into a coarse powder and store in an air tight box.
  • Heat a cup of water, add a teaspoon of this spice powder and palm sugar to taste.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Strain and serve immediately.
  • Method 2:
  • Grind coarsely the dry ginger (sukku), coriander seeds and peppercorn.
  • Add immediately to enough water and bring to a boil.
  • Strain and add palm sugar as required.
