  • 100 gms- Dry Ginger(Sukku)
  • 100 gms- Dried Coriander

How to Make Sukku Malli Coffee

  • Beat dry ginger to a flat form so that it is lose and easy to grind.
  • Grind together the beaten dry ginger and coriander in a grinder.
  • Put one or two tsp full of the powdered ingredient in a pan.
  • Add one glass of milk. Boil the milk .
  • Add sugar to taste.
  • Serve hot or cold.
