Ingredients

  • 6 - large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 3 - oranges, peeled and sliced into half-cart wheels
  • 1 - large banana, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp - Almond flavouring
  • 1/2 cup - coconut, grated

How to Make Summer Ambrosia Salad

  • Combine all the fresh fruits with sugar, lemon juice and add almonds flavouring. Mix well.
  • Chill for about 2-3 hours.
  • Spoon into dessert bowls. Top with coconut and serve.
