  • Noodles Pack - 1
  • Onions small - 1
  • Green Chillies - 2 to 4
  • Mixed Vegetables (Carrot, Beans, Corn)
  • Eggs - 2
  • Tomato Sauce - 1.5 tsp
  • Soya Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilli Garlic Sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black Pepper - 1 tsp

How to Make Sweet and Sour Noodles

  • Initially boil the noodles and keep them aside until they become cold.
  • Now in a frying pan, add oil Fry the chillies, onions and the mixed vegetables one after the other.
  • When all these are boiled, add the 2 eggs by breaking them up.
  • Let this also get cooked.
  • Then add all the sauces and stir.
  • Add little salt and pepper for taste and then add the noodles.
  • Let the noodles get fried more on low flame, so that they become little dry which makes them more tastier.
  • That's it you are done. You can even avoid the eggs if you don't want them.
