  • 1 cup - avalakki, soaked and drained
  • 1 cup - mashed Jaggery mashed
  • 1/2 cup - Ghee
  • 1 tbsp - grated Coconut
  • Cardamom powder - to taste
  • Raisins and cashews for garnish

How to Make Sweet Avalaki

  • Heat the pan and add the smashed jaggery.
  • Stir it on low flame.
  • To this, add ghee, cardamom powder and stir it.
  • Add the drained avalaki. Keep stirring until it mixes well.
  • Sprinkle the grated coconut, cashews and raisins.
