  • 2 cups - wheat flour
  • For kneading - warm water as required
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup - channa dal halwa

How to Make Sweet Channa Dal Paratha

  • Take the wheat flour and salt in a large bowl, add the warm water slowly and knead into a soft dough.
  • Keep side for an hour.
  • Make 6-7 small balls from the channa dal halwa and keep aside.
  • Make 6-7 medium sized balls from the prepared wheat dough.
  • Roll one out into a medium sized circle, place a small ball of channa dal halwa inside the circle and fold the dough over it.
  • Dust this with some flour and roll out gently into medium sized parathas.
  • Heat a non-stick pan and once it is hot, place the paratha on it and cook both sides.
  • Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
