Ingredients

  • 400 g - Cream Corn (canned)
  • 80 g - Crab Meat
  • 1 tbsp - carrot, minced finely
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 2 cups - Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - Corn starch
  • water as required
  • How to Make Sweet Corn Soup with Crab Meat:

    1. Clean crab meat of any small pieces of shell.
    2. Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add crab meat and cream corn.
    3. Bring to boil, add remaining ingredients except the egg.
    4. Just before serving, add the egg and stir it in.
    5. Place a little crab meat on top for garnish.
