  • 400 g - cream corn (canned)
  • 80 g - crab meat
  • 1 tbsp - carrot, minced finely
  • 1 egg, beaten well
  • 2 cups - chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - corn starch
  • water as required

How to Make Sweet Corn Soup with Crab Meat

  • Clean crab meat of any small pieces of shell.
  • Bring chicken stock to a boil. Add crab meat and cream corn.
  • Bring to boil, add remaining ingredients except the egg.
  • Just before serving, add the egg and stir it in.
  • Place a little crab meat on top for garnish.
