Ingredients

  • 200 g - sweet Corn kernels, boiled
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - Tamarind pulp
  • 1/2 cup - onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - tomato, chopped
  • 2 tsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Kashmiri mirch powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • To taste - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala

How to Make Sweet corn Tamarind Masala Mix

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute.
  • Stir in tamarind pulp, and add Kashmiri mirch, garam masala and salt.
  • Add sweet corn kernels and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and toss with onion and tomatoes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and chaat masala.
  • Serve chilled.
