  • 3 cups - maida
  • 1 pinch - baking soda
  • 2 cups - sugar
  • 1.5 cups - ghee
  • 1 cup - water
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Sweet Munchies

  • Put 1 cup of water to the sugar and allow it to dissolve. You can stir it with a spoon so that it dissolves faster. Keep it aside.
  • Mix maida and baking powder.
  • Add the ghee and mix it.
  • Now add the dissolved sugar syrup slowly and make soft dough.
  • Do not make it too watery.
  • Keep it aside for about 15 minutes.
  • Make balls out of this dough and roll out to 1 inch thickness.
  • Do not make it too thin.
  • Now with a knife you can cut into desired shape [squares or diamonds].
