How to Make Sweet Mysore Pak

  • Fry the gram flour till the raw smell is gone.
  • Boil ghee, sugar, cardamom powder and half cup of water.
  • When it starts boiling nicely, add one tbsp of milk.
  • When the milk starts boiling nicely, reduce the flame.
  • Add the gram flour and mix well till it becomes thick and does not stick to the vessel.
  • As soon as bubbles appear, pour onto a plate and shake the plate lightly to even out the mixture.
  • Allow it to dry.
  • Cut it into pieces after half an hour and serve.
