  • 1 cup - poha
  • 1/4 cup - jaggery
  • 1/4 cup - coconut shredded/desiccated
  • 1 tsp - cardamom

How to Make Sweet Poha with Jaggery

  • Soak poha for 15-20 minutes. Drain completely by squeezing out the excess water.
  • Put in a bowl and add the jaggery, coconut and cardamom.
  • Mix well and serve.
