Ingredients

  • 3 cups- Sugar
  • 3 cups- Water
  • 1/2 kg- Sweet Potatoes
  • Oil
  • 2 tsp- Elaichi powder
  • How to Make Sweet potato Jamun:

    1. Boil sweet potatoes and mash them. Make small balls.
    2. Heat oil and deep fry the balls till they are brown. Keep aside these balls.
    3. Make sugar syrup and put elaichi in it. Then put these balls in the hot syrup.
