  • 500 gms - small-sized Prawns
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp - flour (maida)
  • 5 Cloves garlic, cut finely
  • Oil to fry
  • To make the sauce:
  • 5 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Sweet sour prawn

  • Add salt to the prawns and mix the finely-cut garlic too.
  • Beat the eggs, add flour, 4 tbsp of water and mix thoroughly.
  • Heat the oil in a wok.
  • Put the prawns in the egg mixture and fry them till they are cooked.
  • Add the prepared sauce to the fried prawns and then serve hot.
