Add salt to the prawns and mix the finely-cut garlic too.
Beat the eggs, add flour, 4 tbsp of water and mix thoroughly.
Heat the oil in a wok.
Put the prawns in the egg mixture and fry them till they are cooked.
Add the prepared sauce to the fried prawns and then serve hot.
