  • 1 pack- Chicken breast (cut and cleaned)
  • 2 tsp- Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 tsp- Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp- Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp- coriander powder
  • 1 tsp- Jeera powder
  • 15 tsp- Tabasco chilli sauce ( available at the sauces section at any grocery store)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for seasoning
  • How to Make Tabasco Chicken:

    1. In a pan heat oil, fry chicken pieces for about 5-10 mins. Then add water about 2 small cups and let cook.
    2. When the chicken is half done, add ginger-garlic, salt and let cook again till there is little water in the chicken.
    3. Add chilli, turmeric, coriander, jeera powder and fry till there is no more water in the chicken.
    4. Add tabasco sauce and let fry for 10 mins.
    5. Season with coriander leaves.
    6. Serve as an appetizer or eat with hot parathas.
