  • 1 pack- chicken breast (cut and cleaned)
  • 2 tsp- ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tsp- Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp- coriander powder
  • 1 tsp- jeera powder
  • 15 tsp- Tabasco chilli sauce ( available at the sauces section at any grocery store)
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for seasoning

How to Make Tabasco Chicken

  • In a pan heat oil, fry chicken pieces for about 5-10 mins. Then add water about 2 small cups and let cook.
  • When the chicken is half done, add ginger-garlic, salt and let cook again till there is little water in the chicken.
  • Add chilli, turmeric, coriander, jeera powder and fry till there is no more water in the chicken.
  • Add tabasco sauce and let fry for 10 mins.
  • Season with coriander leaves.
  • Serve as an appetizer or eat with hot parathas.
