  • 2 lbs - ground beef
  • 1.5 cups - pinto beans.
  • 16oz - salsa
  • 8 oz - sour cream
  • 1 lb - velveeta cheese
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 1.5 cups - corn
  • 1 cup - dry ranch dressing
  • Garlic, salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Taco Soup

  • Brown ground beef and throw every ingredient into one big pot.
  • Add enough water for soupy consistency.
  • Simmer for 30 mins.
  • Serve with grated cheddar cheese on top.
