  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - tamarind paste
  • 5 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tamarind Fish Fry

  • In a large bowl, mix turmeric powder, chilli powder, tamarind paste, and salt into a smooth paste.
  • Apply this paste on the fish evenly and marinate for 2 hours.
  • In a heated tava, add 3 teaspoons of oil and fry the fish until it turns golden-brown.
