How to Make Tamatar paneer

  • Cut tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
  • Roast cumin and coriander seed. Grind to fresh powder.
  • In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly brown.
  • Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil put the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
  • When it boils, put the paneer and let it be cooked till done.
  • Before taking out, sprinkle the dry masala. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapattis.
