  • 4 - large, firm tomatoes
  • 2 clove - garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup - minced meat or crumbled paneer, cooked with chilli powder and salt
  • 3 tbsp - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 40 g - grated cheese
  • oil or butter

How to Make Tamatari bharwan

  • Wash the tomatoes, cut the cap and scoop out the inside.
  • Mix all the ingredients together, except oil and cheese.
  • Stuff the filling with the prepared mixture.
  • Drizzle some oil in a flat dish and arrange the stuffed tomatoes.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Place the dish on the rotating plate and cook on combining grill and microwave for 6-8 minutes, until cheese melts.
