  • 1 tbsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp - curry leaves
  • 1 -green chilli
  • 1 tbsp -grated coconut
  • 1 tsp -roasted gram
  • 1 tbsp -yoghurt
  • salt

How to Make Tambuli

  • Heat pan, dry roast cumin seeds and curry leaves. Powder the cumin seeds and curry leaves coarsely. Grind with green chilli, grated coconut and roasted gram, adding little water.
  • Add yogurt, salt and mix.
  • Serve with rice.
