Ingredients

  • 6 - potatoes
  • Some dry fruits
  • 50 g - paneer
  • 2 - potatoes, boiled
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/3 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped
  • Some coriander
  • 5 g -butter
  • 1 g - saunf powder
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds

How to Make Tandoori Aloo stuffed with Dry Fruits

  • Hollow out the unboiled potatoes.
  • Cut 1 cm x 1 cm pieces of paneer, boiled potatoes and dry fruits.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  • After 5 mins, put the spices, paneer, boiled potatoes and dry fruits in the pan.
  • Cook for 2 mins. Take out and cool.
  • Stuff the hollowed potatoes with the prepared mixture.
  • Arrange 2 pieces on the grill and grill for about 3 mins.
  • Take out and serve.
