How to Make Tandoori Chicken in a Pan

  • Marinate chicken with curd, red tandoor colour, turmeric powder, salt, 1 tbsp tandoori masala, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala powder and lemon juice.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add coriander seeds, cumin seeds.
  • Then add onion paste and fry till it turns transparent.
  • Add a little red chilli powder, tandoor masala and saute for sometime.
  • Add tomato paste and cook it till oil separates.
  • Add marinated chicken and cook till half done.
  • Add potatoes and cook till done.
