How to Make Tandoori Paneer

  • Boil water in a pan and immerse the paneer such that the paneer is covered completely with water.
  • When the water starts boiling again, remove pan from heat and set aside for 30 mins and drain.
  • Mix all the ingredients for Marinade and mix the paneer into it.
  • Set aside for 30 mins and drain.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the ingredients for Marinade
  • Mix the paneer into this and set aside for 3 hours.
  • Apply oil on the skewers and skewer the paneer cubes.
  • Grill the paneer in a tandoor for 8-10 mins.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala and garnish with coriander leaves.
