Ingredients

  • 2 nos. bread slices
  • 10-12 pcs. Tandoori Paneer (cut in cubes)
  • 4 tbsp. Mint flavoured mayonnaise
  • 6-8 slices green Capsicum (sliced)
  • 6-8 slices Onion (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp. grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 no. Green chilli
  • Pinch chaat masala

How to Make Tandoori Paneer Toastie

  • Take bread slice and toast it, spread the mint flavoured mayonnaise on it.
  • Place the slices of capsicum and onion on top, and then add the paneer cubes.
  • Top it with sliced green chillies, chaat masala and mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake it in oven till cheese is melted and slightly browned from top.
