Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 - Medium onion, chopped
  • 1 - Small capsicum, chopped
  • 1 tsp - Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 3 - Spring onions thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Soya sauce
  • 1/2 cup - Peas, boiled
  • 2 - Carrots, sliced finely
  • A pinch - Ajinomoto
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tango Vegetable Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a suitable pan or a large wok. Saute the onions, capsicum, garlic and chilli powder for about 3-4 mins.
  • Add the spring onions, peas, carrots and soya sauce and fry on high heat for 2 mins.
  • Reduce heat and stir-fry on low heat for about 3 more mins.
  • Now add the cooked rice, salt, ajinomoto and stir well.
  • Turn off the heat.
  • Serve hot with sauce.
