  • 25 prawns (cleaned and deveined)
  • 3-onion medium
  • 1/2- 2 tbsp -oil
  • 1/2 - 2 tsp -mirchi powder
  • 1/2 tsp - tamarind paste
  • salt

How to Make Tangy Prawn Curry

  • Take oil in a kadai and saute the onions till golden brown.
  • Add mirchi powder and tamarind paste and fry for couple of seconds.
  • Now add the prawns and fry for 2 seconds.
  • Add water and salt and cook till done.
