Ingredients

  • 2 - Tapioca
  • 1/4 cup - Tutti fruity chunks
  • 2 tbsp - Slivered Almond flakes
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - Grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp - Desiccated Coconut
  • Salt
  • How to Make Tapioca and Tutti Fruity Sweet Balls:

    1. Remove the skin of the tapioca until the white layer appears.
    2. Add salt and cook the tapioca for three whistles in a pressure cooker.
    3. Mash them well or grate them.
    4. Add sugar, grated coconut, tutti fruity chunks, slivered almond flakes, and cardamom powder and mix.
    5. Take a small quantity of the mashed tapioca and roll into small balls.
    6. Roll these balls in the desiccated coconut to evenly coat it.
