Ingredients

  • 2 tapioca
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup - Grated Coconut
  • 2 tbsp - Desiccated coconut.

How to Make Tapioca Sweet Balls

  • Remove the skin of the tapioca until the white layer appears. Add salt and cook it well in a pressure cooker.
  • Mash them well or grate them.
  • Add sugar, grated coconut and the cardamom powder.
  • Take a small quantity of the mashed tapioca, make small balls, and roll these balls in the desiccated coconut to evenly coat them.
  • Serve.
