How to Make Tasty Avial

  • Peel and cut all the vegetables into 1 inch pieces.
  • Grind cumin seeds and coconut to a paste and mix into the curds.
  • Add salt, chillies and turmeric powder to the vegetables with very little water.
  • Cover tightly and cook till the vegetables are done, mix in the coconut paste and curry leaves and bring slowly to a boil. Serve hot.
