How to Make Tasty Idle Fry

  • Cut idlis into 2 halves, horizontally through the middle.
  • Mix chilli powder and salt.
  • Heat tawa and add a little oil.
  • Now take one half of the idle, apply the mixture of salt and chilli powder on both sides.
  • In the same manner, apply on all idle halves.
  • Place them on the tawa and fry till done on both sides.
