How to Make Tasty Kadai Chicken

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces and prick each piece with a fork.
  • Add ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, chicken tikka masala, vinegar & salt to the chicken.
  • Mix well and marinate for an hour.
  • In a kadai, heat oil.
  • Add the chicken pieces and let it cook.
  • Once done, drain and remove.
  • In another pan, add the chicken and add the cut tomatoes and green chillies and cook for about 10 mins.
  • Hot and spicy, kadai chicken is ready to eat with nan and rotis.
