Ingredients

  • Chicken - 500 g
  • Tomatoes - 2 large
  • Green pepper - 2/3
  • Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Chicken tikka masala - 2 tsp
  • Red pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tasty Kadai Chicken:

    1. Cut the chicken into small pieces and prick each piece with a fork.
    2. Add ginger & garlic paste, red chilli powder, chicken tikka masala, vinegar & salt to the chicken.
    3. Mix well and marinate for an hour.
    4. In a kadai, heat oil.
    5. Add the chicken pieces and let it cook.
    6. Once done, drain and remove.
    7. In another pan, add the chicken and add the cut tomatoes and green chillies and cook for about 10 mins.
    8. Hot and spicy, kadai chicken is ready to eat with nan and rotis.
