Ingredients

  • 3 cups - water
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - semolina
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - Banana / pineapple/ Mango - choice
  • Yellow colour a pinch
  • How to Make Tasty Kesari Bhath:

    1. Boil water in a pan and dissolve sugar, mix well and strain it.
    2. In a kadai, heat ghee and roast semolina and add milk.
    3. Now add cut fruit and sugar solution.
    4. Yellow colour can be added according to the choice of fruit.
    5. Continue boiling this mixture on medium flame till it hardens.
    6. Turn off the flame and add powdered cardamom.
    7. Mix well and decorate with dried fruits.
