How to Make Tasty Kesari Bhath

  • Boil water in a pan and dissolve sugar, mix well and strain it.
  • In a kadai, heat ghee and roast semolina and add milk.
  • Now add cut fruit and sugar solution.
  • Yellow colour can be added according to the choice of fruit.
  • Continue boiling this mixture on medium flame till it hardens.
  • Turn off the flame and add powdered cardamom.
  • Mix well and decorate with dried fruits.
