Ingredients

  • 1 kg Paneer
  • 30 Cashewnuts soaked in water for an hour
  • 6 - Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp - Dhania powder
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Two pinches of Turmeric powder
  • 2 - Onions
  • 9 to 10 flakes of Garlic
  • 1/2 cup - frozen peas
  • Fresh Coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • How to Make Tasty Matar Paneer:

    1. Blend together the tomatoes, cashewnuts and masalas.
    2. Chop the onion and garlic and saute in ghee till golden brown.
    3. Add the ground masala and let it fry on medium heat for some time till the ghee separates out.
    4. Add the paneer, salt, peas and fresh coriander leaves.
    5. Heat through and serve.
