  • 1 packet - medium sized tortillas
  • 2 - medium-sized Potatoes boiled and mashed
  • 1 - chopped red Onion
  • 1 bunch - Cilantro chopped
  • 2 - finely chopped Serrano peppers
  • 1 cup each - shredded cheese and shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper
  • 1 tsp - chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Tasty Quesadilla

  • Mix mashed potato, salt, black pepper, chat masala, and keep it in a separate bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix onion, cilantro and chopped hot pepper.
  • In a frying pan, put tortilla with little oil on medium heat.
  • Spread potato mixture, then onion cilantro mixture and finally, cheese mixture on tortilla.
  • Put another tortilla over it. Place a small pan over the tortilla and hold it down to compress.
  • Cook until it becomes crispy.
  • Take off the second frying pan, spread oil on the tortilla and flip it carefully. Cook the other side.
  • Cut into wedges and serve hot with salsa.
