  • 6 - radishes
  • 2 cups - thick curds
  • 5 - Green chillies
  • A bunch of Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Mustard Seeds and Asafoetida - for tempering
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tasty Radish Raitha:

    1. Clean the radishes and grate them. Slit the green chillies and chop the coriander leaves finely.
    2. In a bowl, mix the curds with the grated radish and add salt to taste.
    3. Heat oil, add the mustard seeds to splutter. Add asafoetida and green chillies, and pour over the curds.
    4. Add the chopped coriander leaves and serve with rice and sambar.
