  • 2 cups-Rava
  • 1 cup -Maida
  • 1 tsp -Jeera
  • 3- Green chillies, chopped
  • Curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Oil

How to Make Tasty Rava Dosa

  • Mix rava, maida and curd together.
  • Add the jeera, green chillies.
  • Add a little water.
  • The batter should have the consistency of dosa batter.
  • Heat a pan and when it becomes hot, pour 1 tbsp of the batter.
  • Pour 1 tsp of oil around the sides and fry the batter.
  • When one side is done, turn to the other side.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney, onion chutney.
