Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried Ginger
  • 1/2 cup green Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp peppercorns
  • 6-7 2-inch Cinnamon sticks
  • How to Make Tea (Chai) Masala:

    1. Dry all the ingredients in the sun for an hour.
    2. Grind all the ingredients finely.
    3. Sieve and grind the residue again.
    4. Store in a sterilised jar.
