Ingredients

  • 250g - seer fish, cut in cubes
  • 1 tbsp - Mint leaves
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • 2 Cloves - Garlic
  • 1/2 inch piece - Thai Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 1 cup - thick Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup - water
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Thai Green Fish Curry:

    1. Grind together the green chillies and mint leaves.
    2. Fry chopped ginger and garlic in hot oil.
    3. Add water and the ground paste. Bring to a boil.
    4. Add salt, fish pieces and cook for 5 mins.
    5. Turn the fish pieces over and cook again for 5 mins with the lemon juice.
    6. Add coconut milk and allow to simmer for 10 seconds.
    7. Serve with steamed rice.
