How to Make Theeka Chilli Chicken

  • Heat oil and fry the onions till it starts to brown slightly.
  • Add the cleaned chicken, chopped green chillies and salt to taste.
  • Cook on medium flame till all the juices are nearly evaporated.
  • Next add the grated ginger and garlic and fry for a few mins.
  • When the chicken is nearly done add the powder and fry for another 5 mins .
  • Add some water and cook till done and most of the water is evaporated.
