Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

How to Make Thenka Pal Kozhukattai

  • Mix flour, sugar and some water in a bowl and make a soft dough.
  • Make small balls out of it and keep aside.
  • In a pan, mix water, salt, coconut milk and allow to boil.
  • Into the boiling mixture, slowly place the balls. Boil for about 5-10 minutes so that the balls are cooked well.
  • Stir the contents until the gravy thickens. Serve.
