Ingredients

  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • How to Make Thenka Pal Kozhukattai:

    1. Mix flour, sugar and some water in a bowl and make a soft dough.
    2. Make small balls out of it and keep aside.
    3. In a pan, mix water, salt, coconut milk and allow to boil.
    4. Into the boiling mixture, slowly place the balls. Boil for about 5-10 minutes so that the balls are cooked well.
    5. Stir the contents until the gravy thickens. Serve.
