Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) container - Ricotta cheese
  • 15 oz. - Milk powder
  • 1 inch stick (4 oz.) - unsalted Butter
  • 15 oz. - Sugar
  • How to Make Therata Paal:

    1. Take all the ingredients in a wide glass dish.
    2. Microwave on high for 3 minutes at a time, stirring well in between so that there are no lumps.
    3. After 12 minutes, check if the colour is a light gold and if it's semi-solid. If it isn't, cook for another one or two minutes at a time.
    4. Decant into a greased plate. It thickens as it cools.
