Ingredients

  • 400 g - Paneer (crumbled)
  • 4 - medium Onions (finely chopped)
  • 3 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • A handful - Green peas
  • 4 to 5 tbsps - oil
  • 3 - big Tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 2 tsps - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tsps - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsps - finely chopped Coriander leaves (to garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Tofu Burji with Peas:

    1. Boil the green peas and keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai. Saute onions and green chillies on a low flame till the onions are light pink in colour.
    3. Add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are a little tender.
    4. Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
    5. Saute on a low flame till the oil separates.
    6. Add paneer and boiled green peas.
    7. Mix gently and simmer for few minutes.
    8. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis.
