Ingredients

  • 3 - Large Onions
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp- Ginger paste
  • 1 pack- Tofu
  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 -Tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp - Masala powder
  • 1 pinch - Turmeric
  • Salt to taste.
  • How to Make Tofu Egg Curry:

    1. Cut the tofu into small 3 inch cubes.
    2. Fry them in butter and keep aside.
    3. Meanwhile, fry the onions until pink then add the ginger and garlic paste.
    4. Now chop the tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
    5. Fry until the tomatoes are cooked.
    6. Now beat the eggs in a bowl and keep aside.
    7. Dip the tofu in the egg and fry them until they are done.
    8. Now put the egg coated tofu coated into the gravy.
    9. Let it cook for 2 mins and add the garam masala.
    10. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
