Ingredients

  • 1 pack - silken tofu, at room temperature
  • 1/2 pack - unsweetened dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup - honey

How to Make Tofu Mousse

  • Drain the tofu for 10 mins. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Place all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  • Place the mousse in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
  • Optional: You can top it with chocolate shavings or slices of fresh fruit like strawberry.
