Ingredients

  • 1 pack - silken tofu, at room temperature
  • 1/2 pack - unsweetened dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup - Honey
  • How to Make Tofu Mousse:

    1. Drain the tofu for 10 mins. Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler. Place all the ingredients in a blender until creamy.
    2. Place the mousse in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving.
    3. Optional: You can top it with chocolate shavings or slices of fresh fruit like strawberry.
