  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 small piece of Cinnamon
  • 3 small pieces of Garlic
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp finely cut Ginger
  • 1 bunch of Pudina (mint) leaves
  • 6 Tomatoes (sliced in half)
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsps Oil
  • 4 cups - Milk or water
  • How to Make Tomato - Pudina Soup:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cloves and the cinnamon stick, chillies, ginger and garlic. Fry till light brown
    2. Add the pudina leaves and fry till they are cooked.
    3. Add cut tomatoes and fry on low flame till cooked.
    4. Cool the mixture and grind in a mixie and strain.
    5. You can now add water/milk to this mixture.
    6. Serve garnished with a dab of butter and a coriander sprig.
