Ingredients

  • 1 kg - boneless Mutton
  • 4 - onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - Tomatoes paste
  • 1 bunch - Coriander leaves | |9 - green chillies, ground
  • 5 tbsp - Mustard oil
  • How to Make Tomato Aar Dhone Pata Diye Mangso:

    1. Boil the mutton with salt, turmeric powder and 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker for 1 whistle.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai, fry the chopped onions till golden brown.
    3. Add the half boiled mutton.
    4. Add tomato puree or paste along with ginger-garlic paste.
    5. Fry till the oil leaves the masala.
    6. When done, add the coriander and green chilli paste. Cook for 5-10 mins on low flame.
    7. Serve.
