  • French baguette (slices) - 4
  • Tomato - 80 gms
  • Garlic - 15 gms
  • Fresh basil - 10 gms
  • Crushed pepper
  • Olive oil (extra virgin) - 25 gms
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Tomato And Basil Bruschetta

  • Toast both the sides of sliced bread by putting it oven.
  • Rub garlic on top side.
  • Blanch and remove skin of tomatoes and chop them.
  • Add basil roughly seasoned with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  • Top above mixture on toast and garnish with fresh basil or rocket lettuce leaves and crushed pepper.
