Ingredients

  • 1 - Medium sized cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 - Tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp - Chilly powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 2 - Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp - Chopped, coriander leaves.

How to Make Tomato And Cauliflower Side Dish

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions until pink.
  • Add the tomatoes, chilli powder, salt and stir-fry for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
  • Now add the cauliflower and mix well.
  • Add a little water and simmer on low heat until the cauliflower is cooked.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Serve with rice or chapattis.
