  • 1 cup - finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove - garlic, minced
  • 1 green chilly, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - fresh chopped coriander
  • 1 tbsp - red vinegar
  • salt to taste
